I am a technology leader with 19 years of experience running IT for global, 24×7 operations across India and the United States. As Principal Consultant at ParityFox, I help organisations audit, secure and modernise their infrastructure.

Previously, I served as Head of IT at Vidyashilp University and Enhancor Services, and as Director of Technology at Mahindra International School, Pune. Across these roles I have owned IT strategy, budgets, vendor contracts, security policy, regulatory compliance and disaster recovery for environments of 1,000+ users, leading multi-disciplinary teams across infrastructure, cloud, service desk, contact centre and surveillance.

My standard is simple: hardened identity, segmented networks, tested backups, documented processes and a service desk that consistently meets its SLAs.
